Payment and Shipping Policies
Returns
Honeydoo Cutters accepts returns with a 25% restocking fee. Since
each cutter is a custom order, it cannot easily be re-sold without
modification. If you feel that you would like to return your cutter
for any reason, we must be notified within 30 days of your receipt of
your cutter. Notification may be via email, snail mail or by phone.
Naturally, we would like to achieve 100% customer satisfaction and we
will work with you to iron out any problems you may find. If you
decide to return the cutter, the cutter must be received within 60 days
of the ship date. It must be packaged in appropriate shipping
materials and arrive with no damage. We advise that you save your
shipping materials for this purpose. The cutter should also be insured
for the full purchase price when it is shipped. This will allow you to
process a claim with the shipping agent should the cutter not arrive
for some reason. After inspection of the cutter, we will send out the
price minus 25% restocking fee plus the shipping and handling charge as
noted on the shipping label.
Shipping and Handling
Please allow 2-3 weeks for shipping after placing your order. Since this is a custom item, we need to have "wiggle" room in case one of the cutter sizes is not in current stock.
We accept money orders made out to "Mark Devlin" in payment. We will call and let you know when your order is ready for shipping. Upon receipt of payment, we will ship out our cutter.

The cost of shipping includes the cost of packaging to assure the safe arrival of your HoneyDoo Cutter.
